AJA Management Holding Limited ("AJA") is a registered UK company providing a range of property professional services to our clients. Mu Dan Search Consultant ("Mu Dan") is a trading name of AJA. Our founder is a chartered professional working in the industry for over 20 years in the property market.
In response to the increasing demand from our customers for services related to the sourcing of UK property and relocation issues, Mu Dan offers a one stop shop professional service to our clients in sourcing of their dream property, planning their relocation and pre-settlement arrangements.

Relocation Advisory Services
Mu Dan understand the logistical issues for your home relocation. Mu Dan will discuss and work with you on the best approach for your relocation. A mix of air and sea freight may be the best approach for your family's earliest resettlement.
Mu Dan will assist you throughout the whole process, including selection of the specialist mover, packing list and ToR1 advice etc.
Interior Design and Project Management Services
Mu Dan will work with our interior designer to assist clients from every aspect on the interior design, lighting, wifi and CCTV set up, furniture purchasing, etc.
Schooling and Education Advisory Services
Mu Dan appreciates that each family will have their own special needs for education. Mu Dan will assist clients to formulate the property strategy in consideration of their education needs, for example, to source property within the catchment area of the preferred school or assistance in the school application for the independent school.
